An obvious question, what is your name? What is your business name (and website)

My name is Dalila Bellometti,, my business name is

Tell us a little about your background and how you got to where you are today

Since I remember, I have always been interested in comprehending the reason for my behaviour. I did first my own psychotherapy when I was young. After that, I got married and was dedicated to growing my girls meanwhile I volunteered in a local agency that cared for young people. Then, I started to study for becoming a counsellor, worked as a first job in a women association against domestic abuses. After some years, my private practice started! Then, luckily I met OLT and fell in love to work online in a professional way. So, I became a supervisor as well, now I am thinking of what I want to do when I grow up…

What apps, gadgets, or tools can’t you live without?

For sure, my paper diary! then, at the same level, WhatsApp, because I am now a WhatsApp mum and granny! I think also of my Nordic Walking Sticks

What’s your workspace setup like?

My counselling room is shared with my husband, even now he isn’t here as in the past because he moves his office, so I am free :-). It is in the main building, but apart from that. It is an old building. It is only for my f2f meetings and a part of the room, a bit long, is for my computer. My clients love it due to two large windows on the surrounding hills. I love here too because of the overview. There are shelves with a large number of books… and no diploma is shown, maybe I do it!

How do you keep track of what you have to do?

I keep track on my paper Agenda, I love the Moleskine one and every year it is bought, the next one is already here!

How do you recharge or take a break?

Oh, I have many ways: a yoga daily routine, twice a day, walking, cycling, cuddles to my cats, listen to music, reading, maybe the first one! Painting, cooking, calling with my women, a coffee or a walk with friends, hearing my brother and sister, doing posts for my social media accounts, and now I started a modern dance course which I love! Sometimes shopping, not often, and getting to a beautician who is a friend as well… my psychotherapy and my supervision are loved self-care for me, as well as reading professional books.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Oh! It could be a long list… The main one is to love what I do and not having fear to be myself, I am used to pass that to my clients and supervisees

What’s a problem you’re still trying to solve?

Now I am trying to coach myself to do the next step in my life and work…
